Altoona Walmart now selling beer and wine

ALTOONA, Pa. (WJAC) — The Walmart Supercenter along Plank Road in Altoona began selling beer and wine Friday.

According to managers, the Altoona Beer and Wine Cafe will be open from 7 a.m. until 10 p.m. seven days a week.

It's in the front of the store by the grocery side entrance.

Altoona is the fourth Walmart to sell both beer and wine in the state.

The Walmart in DuBois also sells both.
