Brewster's Bull And Barrel Brew Pub Named Putnam Business Of The Month

Bull and Barrel Brew Pub is the first craft brewery in Putnam County. The facility is a full service restaurant and banquet facility with a brewery and a mechanical bull.

Bull and Barrel Brew Pub opened its doors on Monday, March 17, at 988 Route 22 in Brewster, and employs more than 50 staff from Putnam County.

Bull and Barrel is a brewery and restaurant with emphasis on the following: 

• Local ingredients 
• Beer made on premise 
• On premise smoker -- barbecue and skillet dishes 
• Lively entertainment.

Special events: 

• Tuesdays: Line Dancing Lessons 
• Wednesdays: Acoustic Music 
• Friday and Saturday: Disc jockey 
• Daily: Brewery tours and mechanical bull 

Bull and Barrel will host multiple fundraisers; United for the Troops, Max it Out (supporting a boy with a heart problem), Sponsor at Super Ty Marathon, Brewster Fireworks, Brewster Fire Department, North Salem Ambulance, and supporting three local families with no insurance. 

Bull and Barrel was the winner of the Best of the Hudson Valley Award 2014 - "Best Honky Tonk Bar and Restaurant."
