In order to use Gpose, type in the chat “/Gpose” and then enter/confirm the text into chat. This will bring the game into its photo mode presets and you can start adjusting various features of the mode. Gpose is perfect to use for any picture-taking purposes and I recommend using it highly when needing any group pictures.

Of course, there are a lot of settings to have a look through so it will take some time to get used to the overall system of Gpose.

The first trick to take brilliant screenshots is by utilizing the “Manual Brightness Adjustment” slider. This will ensure that you can get the correct lighting you need in a more natural fashion instead of the almost stage-like camera lighting option. However, you can also play around with the settings based on the area you are in for the camera lighting to have an equally great effect.

Further, you may want to make use of some borders if that is your style: there is a nice music border that would be ideal for bards wanting to take a G-pose picture while playing their instrument. Along with this, you can emote/pose before going into the group pose (G-pose) mode to have your character emote the way you want them to for the picture — motion can also be disabled by a setting at the top left of the screen.

If you want your character to face the camera, you can also do that. One of my favorite components of the G-pose mode is the ‘screen effect’ settings where you can select ‘Sakura’ from the bottom of the list and Sakura/pink petals will float softly from the sky allowing you to get that perfect picture after choosing the ideal location.
Now that you know how to effectively use Gpose mode, you can have fun along the way trying out new combinations to create beautiful pictures!
